Arivo — Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• To use Arivo while driving, you must comply with local road-safety and hands-free laws.

2. Description of the Service

Arivo provides an AI assistant designed to help users during driving by:

• Executing hands-free tasks
• Managing communication, routing, productivity tasks
• Providing contextual intelligence and suggestions
• Acting as a personal AI agent with limited autonomy

Arivo does not replace safe driving practices or your responsibility for vehicle control.

3. Safety & Responsibility

3.1 No Real-Time Hazard Detection Guarantee

Arivo is not a driver-assistance system, ADAS, or safety product. It does not monitor road hazards, operate your vehicle, or ensure your safety.

3.2 Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain full attention on the road
• Use Arivo only in compliance with local driving laws
• Never rely on Arivo to make safety-critical decisions
• Use hands-free mode while operating a vehicle

You assume all risk associated with using the Service while driving.

4. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free & Paid Plans

Arivo may offer:

• A free tier with limited weekly usage
• A paid premium subscription with extended or unlimited features

5.2 Billing

Payments are handled by third-party processors. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

5.3 Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with local consumer laws and our refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or manipulate the AI system
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Use Arivo for harmful, unlawful, or dangerous activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Resell or redistribute Arivo without permission

7. User Content

You may provide text, voice commands, data, or other content (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Arivo a non-exclusive license to process it solely to operate the Service.
• You must ensure you have rights to any content you provide.

8. Intellectual Property

Arivo owns all rights to the software, designs, models, logos, UI, and underlying technology.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.

9. Third-Party Services

Arivo integrates with third-party apps and services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Arivo is not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

10. Disclaimers

Arivo is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service
• Fitness for a specific purpose

Arivo is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Arivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Arivo is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from using the Service while driving
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Arivo harmless from claims arising out of:

• Misuse of the service
• Violations of these Terms
• Driving incidents or accidents associated with using the Service

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the system
• Engage in unsafe or unlawful behavior

You may delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Arivo after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
